When the pressure of the release cylinder is insufficient, the maximum crushing force is reduced, and the continuous occurrence of the jump ring is actually the continuous occurrence of the over-iron or overload protection of abnormal factors.

Check is not in place before starting up
In the cone crusher is not fully checked before starting, if the adjustment cap is not locked, it may cause the adjustment ring to loosen.
The size of the ore discharge port is not suitable.
When the cone crusher is working, there is an error when adjusting the ore discharge port, which makes the ore discharge port too large or too small, which may cause the adjustment ring to loosen.
Rolled wall or broken wall is too thick

Repair or replace threads

Comprehensive inspection before startup
Before the start of the cone crusher, conduct a comprehensive and full inspection of all parts of the equipment. If the adjustment cap is found to be loose, it is necessary to lock the adjustment cap in time.
Adjust the size of ore discharge port
Adjust the size of the ore discharge port of the crusher to make it in a normal state, not too large or too small.
Modification or replacement of rolled and broken walls of appropriate thickness
If the conical broken wall or broken wall is too thick, the adjustment cap will not touch the top of the support sleeve. Therefore, it is necessary to modify or replace the appropriate thickness of the mill wall and the crushing wall, or install a special special adjustment cap washer.
Replace the broken locking rod
