Wire rope core tubular conveyor belt has the following main features in the process of use:
(1) Closed conveying. The tape is operated to form a tube directly containing the material for conveying. Even in
the return process, the tape is also put into a round tube to prevent the material from flying, loss, and spillage.
(2) Bending conveying. Because the tape is in the shape of a tube, there is a certain degree of winding, which can be
bent to convey.
(3) Large inclination conveying. The tape becomes a tube; there is a certain extrusion effect on the material,
increasing the friction between the material and the tape, and it can be conveyed at a large inclination angle.
(4) Reciprocating conveying. Because the tape runs in the process, in the bearing section and the return
section are tubular, so it can be reciprocating conveying; (5) High speed and high load conveying. Adopting
high-strength steel wire rope as the core of the belt, the belt has large tensile strength, small elongation, and
good flexural resistance, so it is suitable for long-distance, large-capacity, and high-speed conveying materials.
