MIZZTECH MGP Slurry Knife Gate Valve is a high-performance bidirectional isolation valve designed for heavy-duty applications. Utilizing advanced elastomer technology, it delivers optimal sealing performance. Featuring a self-lubricating elastomer design, the valve ensures durability, reliability, and ease of maintenance. Its unique glandless design employs an elastomer sleeve for sealing and wear protection, allowing the gate plate to be removed for inspection or replacement during valve operation.
The MIZZTECH MGP Knife Gate Valve offers bidirectional operation, capable of shutting off in any direction to eliminate flow direction concerns. Its self-lubricating elastomer design guarantees long-term stable performance without requiring additional lubrication. Maintenance is straightforward, allowing in-service repairs, with all standard maintenance parts provided via spare kits. This valve is intended solely for on/off service and is not suitable for flow regulation applications. Additionally, to ensure safe operation, the valve must always be used within its designed pressure and temperature limits, avoiding exceeding the maximum pressure rating.
