1. CQB-FB type fluoroplastic alloy magnetic pump, its flow parts are made of fluoroplastic, and the pump substrate is made of metal material, I .e. the metal substrate is lined with fluoroplastic structure. The product has a wide range of corrosion resistance and high strength, and is widely used to transport strong corrosive, flammable, explosive, toxic and volatile chemical media.
2. FB products break through the traditional design of the rotating shaft structure of large and medium-sized fluoroplastic magnetic pumps in China and adopt a fixed shaft structure. The impeller and the inner magnet for transmitting torque are integrally manufactured, and the whole part is supported and not rotated on the main shaft. A large number of foreign and domestic applications have proved that the strength of the fixed shaft is significantly higher than that of the rotating shaft under the same design parameters.
3. The main bearing and main shaft are made of hard material-silicon carbide, and their thermal deformation is much lower than that filled with tetrafluoroethylene. Accurate positioning can effectively reduce the mechanical loss during pump operation. Funny and energy saving are the most important features of FB products.
