Slurry pumps mostly use double pump shell structure, which consists of the pump body and the pump cover to form the outer pump shell structure, and the impeller, the sheath, the front guard plate and the rear guard plate to form the inner pump shell structure. There are three kinds of manufacturing materials for the outer pump casing structure of slurry pump: gray iron, ductile iron and cast steel. The inner pump casing structure is also called the flow part of the water pump. There are also three kinds of manufacturing materials, namely KMTBCr26, Cr15Mo3 and rubber.
The inner pump casing structure of the slurry pump is also the over-current component, which accounts for a high proportion of the core manufacturing cost of pump spare parts, which means that it represents the core quality level of the slurry pump and is the first part to be investigated when selecting the slurry pump.
