The labyrinth is made of ordinary cast iron. The labyrinth has good sealing effect, excellent rigidity and strength performance, and long service life.

During the assembly of the bearing components of the horizontal slurry pump, the inner ring of the bearing shall be preheated. The temperature shall not exceed 120 ° C. The inner ring of the bearing must be close to the shaft shoulder and the grease retaining ring. For double row tapered roller bearings, the inner ring, outer ring, locating sleeve, etc. are complete sets of components. During the assembly of bearing, pay attention to adding proper amount of bearing grease. Labyrinth ring and labyrinth are used for sealing at the bearing end cover. When installing the labyrinth ring, pay attention to the relative arrangement of the mouth in the diameter direction.
