Providing certain materials at the processing plant can minimize equipment downtime when replacing wear-resistant linings. These materials include:
1) mantle-also known as head lining.
2) Cutting ring-The cutting ring cannot be reused, so a new ring should be installed every time the mantle is replaced.
3) Bowl Lining
4) Cushion material-its purpose is to cushion (shock absorption), not to fasten the lining. It is recommended to lubricate the head/bowl to facilitate subsequent replacement.
5) Cone feed plate-also known as feed cone; it should be replaced every time the mantle is replaced.
6) Hexagon head bolts-only replace if necessary.
7) Mantle locking bolt-there is no need to replace the bolt every time the mantle is replaced, but new locking bolts should be kept at the work site in case they need to be replaced.
8) A set of square head bolts-it is not necessary to replace this/these bolts every time the lining material is changed, but it is important to always have a set at the work site.
