The resin silicon carbide ceramic desulphuriz circulating pump is designed according to the characteristics of industrial flue gas desulfurization pump, and learning the technology of liquid-solid twophase fluids pump, and CFD software used to predict and upgrade hydraulic performance.

• The wet end parts are made by silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide, it has good abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance performance.
• The impeller can be adjusted in axle direction to keep the gap between impeller and front cover, so the pump can always work in high efficiency.
• The pump is designed as a real-pulling structure, which allows us to disassemble impeller, mechanical seal and shaft without taking down the in/out tubes.
• The pump shaft is short and has a large diameter, that lessens the flexibility under working.
• Bearing is lubricated by thin oil. It is installed in a case with rubber seal ring for stopping water and dirt getting in.
