MX Series Gyratory Crushers
MX series gyratory crushers are mainly applied to large and ultra-large initial crushing. · EHD (extra heavy-duty) design, integral body shaft and high-performance bearings, the overall strength is higher, the service life is longer, and the operation is safer and more reliable.
· The main shaft and moving cone are integrally forged to avoid loosening of the moving cone during use and reduce downtime.
· The boom is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, which can automatically lubricate heating, cooling and circulation according to production conditions.
· Gear clearance can be adjusted from the outside.
· The oil system is equipped with a reserve pump, and protection from revolutions. The main oil system, pinion-gear oil system and hydraulic system have individual channels for oiling and an integrated oil box.
· After a disorderly closedown the main shaft will automatically depress and clean the crushing cavity.
