MX series gyratory crusher
MX series gyratory crusher is mainly suitable for large and ultra-large initial crushing. The unique crushing cavity design of MX series ensures the best production efficiency, I .e. the unit processing capacity is 1,500 to 7,500 t/h. The design of ultra-heavy working conditions is widely used in the fields of black and colored minerals and aggregates. The intelligent control system is adopted to improve the operation stability of the equipment to the greatest extent, and at the same time, the automation level is improved, thereby improving the convenience of operation and maintenance.
MX • Features
1)EHD (super heavy duty) adopts one-piece forged spindle design without thread to increase fatigue strength.
2) The beam assembly has integral castings. The boom is equipped with an automatic lubrication system.
3) The crusher has a variety of adjustable eccentricity to meet different production requirements.
4) The gear clearance can be adjusted from the outside.
5) The oil system is equipped with a backup pump and has anti-rotation protection. The main oil system, pinion oil system and hydraulic system have separate oil supply channels and integrated oil tanks.
6) After disorderly closing, the spindle will automatically press down to clean the crushing cavity.
