· EHD (extra heavy-duty) design, integral body shaft and high-performance bearings, the overall strength is higher, the service life is longer, and the operation is safer and more reliable.
· The locking thread of the moving cone is located on the replaceable main shaft sleeve, the main shaft has no thread and no stress concentration, and the strength is higher.c
· Beam assembly has an integral casting. The arm support is equipped with an automatic lubrication system.
· Gear play can be adjusted externally. The gear backlash can be easily adjusted through the external gear adjustment device, and the beam bushing and seal can be replaced without removing the beam.
· The oil system is equipped with a reserve pump, and protection from revolutions. The main oil system, pinion-gear oil system and hydraulic system have individual channels for oiling and an integrated oil box.
· After a disorderly closedown the main shaft will automatically depress and clean the crushing cavity.
