HS.XTS series three-stage vibrating screen
MORETEC HS.XTS banana screen, similar in shape to bananas, is a multi-angle vibrating screen.
It is mainly composed of screen box, screen, exciter, motor, shock-absorbing spring and lower frame. The motor is connected to the exciter through a V-belt or a soft connection, and the motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, generating centrifugal inertial force, forcing the screen box to vibrate.
Compared with the traditional vibrating screen, the movement trajectory of the banana screen is an ellipse, and the large inclination angle can make the material move forward quickly, loosen the screen, and complete the screening operation.
